Do you ship worldwide?
Yes- we send our little parcels to most corners of the world!
If your country appears at checkout, that means we’re able to ship to you. A few countries have customs restrictions that are out of our control, or kept losing our parcels (very costly for us) but we always do our best to make Tiny Store reachable wherever possible.

I’m having shipping issues- what should I do?
For international orders we highly recommend adding Route protection at checkout (it’s optional, inexpensive, and really helpful!). If your parcel is lost, delayed, or doesn’t arrive, you can easily make a claim with Route for a refund or replacement using this link - they’re super quick and easy to deal with! Once your order has left our hands and is with the postal service, we’re no longer able to take responsibility for what happens in transit. If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, Tiny Store can’t be held liable for any shipping mishaps.
Can I change my order or update my address?
Because our system processes orders automatically (and quite quickly!), we’re not able to make changes once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
Please take an extra moment to double-check your address and order details before checking out so your parcel can find its way safely to you. Thank you for understanding 💌
I received a faulty item! If an item was damaged in transit or by the shipping company, you can easily make a claim with Route for a refund or replacement. If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, Tiny Store can’t be held liable for any shipping mishaps. If an item arrives faulty or defective, perhaps due to a manufacturing error or human error, please contact us and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis to make sure you’re looked after.
My order was missing an item! We are a human tiny team and very occasionally, human errors happen. Email us right away and we will make sure you're looked after :)
Where else can I shop TINY STORE products?
You can find a full list of our lovely stockists in the “Stockists” Highlights on our Instagram. Please tell your local favourite crafty shop if you'd like to see our products on their shelves!
We’re also stocked online at Urban Outfitters, Free People and in select Urban Outfitters stores across North America.
Do you have a physical store in Sydney?
Not at the moment- but we do occasionally host pop-ups in Sydney and other cities. The best way to stay in the loop is by following us on Instagram
Do you offer workshops or classes?
Yes! From time to time we host workshops, scrapbooking sessions, and creative events. Keep an eye on our website or socials for upcoming dates.

Orders & Refunds
All sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds or changes once an order has been placed- including for incorrect addresses.
