Shipping Policy

Every order is carefully packed by our tiny team in Sydney, Australia <3
We do our best to send your order on its way as quickly as possible, and appreciate your patience during busier periods when dispatch times may be a little slower.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ALL ORDERS

Update for US customers: As. of 1 Dec, we now ship with Australia Post, which is more cost efficient for you and includes your tariff fees at checkout. No unexpected fees on delivery! Hooray <3

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges only apply to some countries and vary depending on local laws.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Tiny Store only charges for the shipping cost of your order.
  • Tiny Store is not liable for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand the laws, regulations, and restrictions of their own country before purchasing. By placing an international order (shipping outside Australia), the buyer agrees to comply with their country’s import requirements.
  • If a product is seized or destroyed by customs, or returned to Australia, Tiny Store is NOT responsible for any losses, product costs, or shipping refunds. Should the buyer request a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Tiny Store, the buyer is responsible for covering the new shipping fee.

 


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
You can see the exact price at checkout before completing payment.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t showing at checkout, please reach out and we’ll do our best to find a way.


Delivery Times

  • Australia: 5–7 business days

  • International: Usually around 2 weeks, but can take anywhere from 7–40 days depending on how far you are from Australia. 


Local Pickups

We don’t currently offer local pickup. All orders are sent directly to the address provided at checkout.


Tracking & Delivery Partners

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.
Once your order reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service. You can use the same tracking number on their website for updates:

  • Canada – Canada Post

  • France – La Poste

  • Germany – Deutsche Post

  • Ireland – An Post

  • Italy – Poste Italiane

  • Mexico – Correos de México

  • New Zealand – NZ Post

  • Singapore – SingPost

  • Spain – Correos

  • Switzerland – Swiss Post

  • United Kingdom – Royal Mail

  • United States – UPS


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you don’t see it, please:

  • Check your spam/junk/trash folders

  • Make sure your inbox isn’t full

  • Double-check that your email address is correct

  • If you used PayPal or Apple Pay, check the email linked to that account

When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.


Packing & Dispatch

Orders are packed in the order they are received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details.

  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post  or DHL and include tracking

  • Remote or rural locations may take a little longer to arrive

  • Express shipping speeds up delivery but doesn’t move your order to the front of the queue


Shipping Protection

We recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order at checkout.
It’s automatically offered but completely optional.
If your parcel is lost, stolen, or hasn’t shown up, you can make an instant claim for a refund or replacement directly with Route using this link
