Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by our small team in Sydney, Australia, with a lot of care and attention. We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we do our best to send everything out as quickly as we can. During busier times, dispatch can take a little longer, and we really appreciate your patience.

Shipping protection

For international orders we highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout. It’s optional, inexpensive, and makes things much easier if something goes wrong in transit. If your parcel is lost, stolen, or doesn’t arrive, you can submit a claim directly with Route for an instant refund or replacement.

Loss, Damage or Theft 🤍

At checkout you’ll have the option to add Shipping Protection, which we highly recommend selecting. Once your order has left our hands and is with the postal service, we’re no longer able to take responsibility for what happens in transit.

Our Shipping Protection is managed by our lovely partner Route, and covers loss, damage, or theft while your parcel is on its journey to you. If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, Tiny Store can’t be held liable for any shipping mishaps.

We’re a tiny team of humans packing orders with a lot of love in Sydney, and unfortunately we can’t control or manage what happens once parcels are in the postal system- thank you so much for understanding.

Please double-check that your delivery address is 100% accurate and secure at checkout.
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking around your home, with neighbours, or with your local post office.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issue, please contact us with your order details so we can arrange a re-shipment within 6 months of your original order date. Please note that all re-shipping, handling, and any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

A few important things to know

For our US customers
As of 1 December, we ship to the United States with Australia Post. This option is more cost-effective and includes tariff fees at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.

Duties and taxes

If you’re ordering from outside Australia, your parcel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees set by your country. These vary by location and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tiny Store only charges for your order and shipping. We’re not responsible for any additional fees applied by customs.

By placing an international order, you’re agreeing to follow your country’s import rules. If a parcel is delayed, returned, seized, or destroyed by customs, we’re unfortunately not able to cover any losses, product costs, or shipping refunds. If a returned order is sent again, the buyer covers the new shipping cost.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll always see the full amount before completing your purchase.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t showing up at checkout, feel free to email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Delivery times

Within Australia, delivery usually takes around 5 to 7 business days.

International orders usually arrive in about two weeks, but depending on where you are and how customs and local postal services are running, it can take anywhere from 7 to 40 days.

Local pickup

We don’t currently offer local pickup. All orders are sent to the address you enter at checkout.

Tracking and delivery

All parcels are sent with Australia Post and include tracking. Once your parcel reaches your country, it’s passed on to your local postal service, and you can keep using the same tracking number to follow it.

Order confirmation and updates

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders, make sure your inbox isn’t full, and double-check that your email address was entered correctly. If you paid through PayPal or Apple Pay, the confirmation may go to the email linked to that account.

When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Packing and dispatch

Orders are packed in the order they’re received. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you your tracking details.

All parcels are sent with tracking via Australia Post or DHL. Delivery to rural or remote areas can take a little longer. Express shipping speeds up delivery, but it doesn’t move your order to the front of the packing queue.
