Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be offered as pre-orders. Hereโ€™s how cancellations work:

Pre-orders

A pre-order means youโ€™re reserving an item thatโ€™s not yet available. We may take a deposit or store your payment method and charge the remaining amount once the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before itโ€™s been fulfilled. Once it has shipped, we canโ€™t cancel or refund the order unless the item arrives damaged (see our Refund Policy).
