US TARIFFS UPDATE ❤️❤️❤️

Important U.S. Shipping Update

We can finally ship to the USA again - yay!

U.S. customers will now see tariffs and applicable import fees included in the final price at checkout.

We expect these fees to be around 30–35% of the value of most products.

Example: The total shown at checkout is your final total. You won't be required to pay any additional customs fees when your parcel arrives in the U.S.

The good news? We're collecting and paying these fees upfront on your behalf to help avoid delays and surprises.

Please note that tariffs and import fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.

Other Important Information

• The tariffs and fees collected at checkout are not profit for us - they are paid directly to U.S. Customs and related authorities.

• Tariffs are calculated on the products in your order, not on shipping costs.

• Collecting these fees upfront helps prevent parcels from being delayed, rejected, or returned during the customs process.

Why is this happening?

As of August 29, the U.S. removed its $800 USD duty-free threshold for imported goods.

This means tariffs and customs fees may now apply to imported orders regardless of value.

Under current U.S. import requirements, these fees must be paid before goods enter the country. To ensure parcels can be delivered smoothly, we're required to collect these charges at checkout and remit them as part of the shipping process.

While this change is new for U.S. customers, customs duties and import taxes are a standard part of international trade. Most countries have a tax-free threshold for imported goods, but the U.S. has recently removed theirs (sad).
