TINYSTORE is a stationery store meets artist brand based in Sydney, Australia. Curated and designed by sentimental crafty girl Martina Calvi and friends, aimed to inspire creativity and bring you joy. Basically, we hope you open our packages and go 'eeeee!'.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! With a few exceptions due to customs regulations. Unfortunately due to the new EU regulations we temporarily do not ship to Europe.  Due to the Canada Post strike we temporarily do not ship to Canada. Please note that any items ordered with Snail Mail Club will ship in the same package.

Is there somewhere I can shop locally?
See the 'Stockists' Highlights on our Instagram page for full list of our stockists. You can also find us at Urban Outfitters online and in various UO stores in person across North America.

What is Snail Mail Club?
Snail Mail Club is the original mystery crafty package and a beautiful little gift to yourself, delivered every 3 months. Each drop is a different package of surprise and new TINYSTORE products perfect for crafters, scrapbookers and junk journalers- designed purely to inspire your creativity and bring you joy. You can pause or cancel any time :)

It’s sold out! How can I subscribe?
To keep Snail Mail Club handcrafted and special, there are a limited amount of spots per drop. Sign up to get notified. Subscribers always get their spot!

How can I update my details? Can I cancel anytime?
Of course! You will receive a link to your customer portal in your emails (search for: Seal Subscriptions) where you can update or pause anytime. Snail Mail Club is a lovely treat, not an obligation 💕any trouble just email us!

I want to add items to an existing order! 
Yay! Just message us on Instagram or email info@martinastinystore.com with your order number (eg. #4066) found in your emails, and a list of the items you’d like to add and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive an invoice for the difference, thank you for paying promptly! Please note that if your package has already packed or shipped, we cannot add to it.

Help! I entered the wrong address!
That’s okay! Please email iinfo@martinastinystore.com immediately (subject: URGENT) and we will do our absolute best to change your address before it is shipped out. Unfortunately we cannot refund or return shipped packages with a wrong address, so please double check.

When will my package arrive?
All packages ship from Sydney, Australia so depending on how far you are, shipping times can vary from a few days up to 30 days. You will have received tracking in your email, and if you’re unsure please email info@martinastinystore.com with the subject: SHIPPING

Yay! We love to share photos from our community <3 Email info@martinastinystore.com with the subject: COLLAB and your IG handle.

I love your products and I’m a content creator!
Yay! We are always looking for ways to collaborate with content creators who love our products. If you create content around scrapbooking, craft or a creative lifestyle, or you just love our products- please email your social links (links to past content would be great too!) to info@martinastinystore.com with the subject: COLLAB. We can’t respond to everyone but will get back to you if there’s an opportunity :)

Do you have a physical store in Sydney?
No- we occasionally do pop ups in Sydney and other cities. Follow us on Instagram for updates :)

Do you offer workshops or classes? Yes, Martina occasionally hosts workshops and scrapbooking events. Check our website or follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming events.

How can I contact customer service? You can reach us by emailing info@martinastinystore.com We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, please have patience as we are a very small team :)
