TINYSTORE is a stationery store meets artist brand based in Sydney, Australia. Curated and designed by sentimental crafty girl Martina Calvi and friends, aimed to inspire creativity and bring you joy.

Basically, we hope you open our packages and go 'eeeee!'.

FAQ:

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! With a few exceptions due to customs regulations. Unfortunately due to the new EU regulations we temporarily do not ship to Europe. 

Shipping protection:
We advise all our customers to add Route protection to their orders (automatic but optional at checkout), if your shipment gets lost or hasn't shown up you can make an instant claim for a refund or replacement with Route using this link.

I accidentally ordered physical & digital items in the same order!
Please email us as soon as possible to fix this, as our system gets confused and you may not receive your physical order.

I want to add items to an existing order! 
Unfortunately we can no longer add additional items to existing orders, as our system does not allow it. Please take care to double check your order is correct at checkout.

Help! I entered the wrong address!
Please email info@martinastinystore.com immediately (subject: URGENT) and we will do our absolute best to change your address before it is shipped out. Unfortunately we cannot refund or return shipped packages with a wrong address, so please take care to double check your order is correct at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
All packages ship from Sydney, Australia. 
Domestic shipping times: 2-14 days
International : 14-31 days.

Order tracking:
Once your item ships you will receive an email confirming tracking from TINYSTORE, please check your spam and junk folder before contacting.

Do you have a physical store in Sydney?
No- we occasionally do pop ups in Sydney and other cities. Follow us on Instagram for updates :)

Do you offer workshops or classes? Yes, Martina occasionally hosts workshops and scrapbooking events. Check our website or follow us on social media to stay updated on upcoming events.

COLLABORATION:

Event sponsorship
We are extremely passionate about supporting our creative community and offline community building. If you have a craft club, scrapbook club, junk journaling event or other kind of event with the primary aim of bringing together crafty people to create together, we would love to do our best to be a part of it. Please get in touch info@martinastinystore.com with a few sentences about your event, dates and how many attendees.

Submit photos of your creative projects to get featured:
We love to feature photos from our community on IG and email newsletters <3 DM us, tag us, or email high-res photos to info@martinastinystore.com with your IG handle.

Paid artist opportunities:
We are always looking for unique creatives to hire and work with on new projects. If you are an illustrator, designer or creative, please email a link to your Instagram, website or portfolio with the subject: ARTIST COLLAB. We will be in touch if there is a paid opportunity.

Content creator collaborations:
We are always looking for ongoing ways to partner with and collaborate with passionate creators who love our products. Please DM us directly on Instagram or Tiktok if you are keen to collaborate, or have a fantastic creative project/content idea. Please note we are not looking to work with UGC-only creators.
